Delivery to all UK addresses is completely FREE. The price you see for the bag is the price you pay for EVERYTHING.
We use Parcel Force as our courier service to deliver all orders. Any order placed before 12pm GMT will be at your door within 48 hours. Once an order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number and link to the parcel force website so you can see the status of your delivery. Each bean bag is delivered in a water proof, durable and recyclable bag ensuring the contents arrive safely at your door.

If you are not satisfied with your bean bag or the service provided then please contact one of our customer service team immediately and inform us of the problem. We will respond to all problems within 2 working business days and resolve the situation as soon as possible. If the bean bag does not meet your expectations then we will either replace the bag or offer a full refund on the purchase.
We have a 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all orders placed within the website. If within 7 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to an identical replacement (if it is in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods providing the goods have not been used.
Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first contacted us within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. Please note, we individually check all returns and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self-damage, then a refund will not be given.
Where the purchaser is returning goods then the refund shall comprise the original purchase price (not including delivery costs) less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. In addition to this refund policy, under the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days of placing your order (beginning the day after receipt of the goods), minus any delivery costs incurred.
For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us for returns address.

No contract between the purchaser and the company shall exist until the purchaser's order has been accepted by the company. Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is the actual item cost and includes delivery to all UK addresses. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. All orders placed with Jumbo ltd will be dispatched the following day via Parcel Force's 48 hour service.
Orders placed via the company website can be paid with either a credit or debit card. Credit or Debit card payments are handled via Sagepay. Payments are handled by their secure servers and you will be directed to Sagepay's website at the payment stage of checkout. The company uses carriers and postal services to deliver goods and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser through any delay in delivery caused by such companies.
The Company and the purchaser agree that title shall transfer to the purchaser only when the goods have been paid for in full. The company shall be entitled to require the purchaser to deliver up the goods until such time that all due payments have been made in full. The purchaser shall store the goods free of charge and in a manner to ensure the goods are safe from theft and damage.
As soon as the company has delivered the goods, the purchaser is responsible for them, until such time as the goods are delivered back to the company or the company's agent, in the event of cancellation or refund.
Under the terms of the distance selling regulations 2000, the purchaser has a cooling off period of 7 days. The cooling off period commences the day after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser or the collection of the goods by the purchaser and the period ends 7 working days later. In such circumstances, the purchaser must inform the company in writing before the end of the 7th working day following delivery. The purchaser is responsible for the safe storage of the goods whilst in his care and the cost of returning the goods to the company. In the circumstance of a non-faulty product, the product must be returned without damages, any use or tampering with the original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted and a refund not permitted.
The company reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside the control of the company and the company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.

Demand for our bean bags has been very high and despite our best intentions, we may temporarily be out of stock of some items or colours. Our automated ordering service will not allow orders to process when there are stock-outs. Please contact us to find out how long we may be out of stock and we will get back to you immediately.
