bean bag cinema

Cinema-goers in Australia and New Zealand have got it good… Cinema chain ‘Hoyts’ now has a series of ‘bean bag cinemas’ where instead of seats patrons can slouch into big luxury beanbags and watch the latest blockbuster in ultimate comfort.

When JUMBO rules the world all cinemas will be beanbag cinemas.. and buses, and waiting rooms, and offices, and pubs..

everybody’s talking about…

…the dwarf that hid under a beanbag on Channel 4′s ‘Seven Dwarves’ last night.

It seems that games of hide and seek present more possibilities to those of small stature, as one of the guys proved by managing to hide his entire self underneath a beanbag. I wonder how many could hide under a JUMBO beanbag… 3 perhaps? If an opportunity to test this theory ever arises we’ll be sure to let you know the results!

famous beanbag boy

A nice chirpy little beanbag story made it to the news last week as a beanbag throwing 3 year old racked up 686,778 views on youtube within a couple of days.

Turns out that little Chase Raper from Durham in the US is a bit of a champion cornholer (the art of throwing small beanbags into small holes). Managing 7 in a row his mum caught the lucky run on camera – beanbag enthusiasts check it out…

beanbag trouble

All manner of craziness broke out at the Graumann’s Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard yesterday, outside a private screening of new film “Electric Daisy Carnival Experience”.

‘DJ Kaskade’ who was booked to play an after-party following the screening decided to announce on Twitter that everyone should hold a block party at 6:00 pm outside the theatre…. oops. By all accounts it was messy, and reports of police firing “non-lethal beanbags” into the crowds got us wondering what a lethal beanbag would look like? Maybe like this…

Our great big JUMBO beanbags would pack quite a punch if you could find a launching mechanism big enough, but really they’re just too cuddly to be all that dangerous.

It’s all in the presentation

Never did jellybeans look so good… still no good for stuffing bags though.

beanbag racing heros

It’s school sports day season, so we thought we’d pay homage to our small but perfectly formed counterpart – the toss bag. Keep up the good work tiny beanbags, balancing on heads and making the parents of 4-11 year olds proud the world over.
